1. TO START THE SETTING
Press the Date/Time Setting button ( ) to adjust the date and time.
The year flashes on the display.
2. SETTING THE YEAR
The year can be set between 2010 and 2040. When the
display reaches 2040, it will return to 2010.
Press the Up button ( ) to advance by one year.
Press the Date/Time Setting button ( ) to set the current
year.
The month flashes on the display.
NOTES:
• Press the Down button ( ) to decrease the date and time values.
• Press and hold the button to increase or decrease the date and time values faster.

The time is set using AM or PM.

How to Set the Time & Date for a MP25DV Canon Calendar & Clock Printing Calculator

The steps listed in the Calculator Instruction Manual for the Canon MP25DV Calculator did not work.
The correct steps for setting the time and date on this calculator are listed below:

1. Press the time/calendar button one to select the date mode. The display should show the month-day-year.
2. Hold down the = button until the month start flashing.
3. Use the number keys to enter the current date, month and year. Example 07-22-2021
4. Press the = key to set the current date.
5. Press the CE/C key to return back to the calculator mode.
6. Press the time/calendar button twice to select the time mode. The display show the
hour-minute-seconds & time of day. Example 02-01-14 A
7. Hold down the = button until the hour start flashing.
8. Use the number keys to enter the current time.
9. Press the X button for (A) a.m. or (P) for p.m.

To set current time, or change current time, Press TIME button.
Hour digits will flash.
Use the triangle buttons to scroll up or down and select current hour.
Timer uses 24 hour clock so 11pm is hour 23/ and 9pm is hour 21/ and 1 pm is hour 13.
Press SET to enter hour.
Minute digits will start flashing. Use triangle buttons to select. Then press SET.
Days will start flashing. Use triangle buttons to select. Then press SET.

On the back of the watch, press the "A" button. Then the top half of the LCD will flash the current "month" setting. Press the "M" button to change the month by 1 month. Press the "M" button until you have the current month.
Then press the "A" button again to change to the watches current date settings. The bottom half of the LCD will flash the current "date" that the watch has been set to. Press the "M" button until you have the current date.
After that, press the "A" button again to select the current hour. Press "M" to select the hour, and when you have the current hour, press the "A" button one more time to select the current minute.
