When i plugged my usb port to my ipod
it somehow froze my ipod screen with screen lights on
it will not power out of any sort!
i tried everything from the apple ipod support and it don't work!
is there any way i could get my ipod to work, like to unfreeze my screen??

Plug your ipod into a USB 2.0 port and see if that helps. or try a different port on your computer. make sure your not connecting the ipod through a hub. Sometimes the hubs don't carry enough power to drive the ipod. if this doesn;t help get back to me and I will help further.

It's in disk mode and the computer thinks that it is only a storage device. You need to reset it to get it back to normal.
You can reset your ipod by holding down the menu and select (round
button in the center) buttons down for at least 10 seconds. You'll see
an apple logo flash, that's when you stop pressing the buttons. It will
shut off, then back on.
