I just bought a new Gateway computer that came is a wireless mouse and keyboard. and they do not work. They dont seem to synchronize with my computer. HELP!!!

if its a wireless mouse and keyboard make sure the batteries are securely seated and fully charged the battery panel should be on the underside of your mouse keyboard as would be the on off switch
click start control panel keyboard hardware make sure the right type of keyboard is selected
click start control panel keyboard hardware troubleshoot or click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboard you could see a yellow question/exclamation mark ? ! or red X a new driver will need to be installed
right click to install drivers
