I would suggest unplugging the power from the router waiting 10 secs and reconnecting and seeing if this fixes your problem if not , do a cold reset hold down the reset button on the router usually for a few seconds and then go ahead and re-input all the settings that you need.

If this still isn't working i would assume that you try this router on another working network and see if it can connect if not , i would think that the router is losing its routing tables and is unable to route past your own LAN , the best solution for this is to invest in a new router.

Thanks!

WHER CAN I FINE MY ORODUCT CODE AT

If you are talking about the product keys of software already installed on your computer try this:

http://produkey.en.softonic.com

If you are talking about software that is NOT installed on your computer, then the product key is usually on the CD/DVD case the software likely came in. If you have downloaded the software from the internet and had to provide an email during the purchase, try checking your email account for an email from the company that makes the software, it will likely contain a product key. Computers usually have a sticker on them somewhere (for laptops look on the bottom of the laptop, for desktops try the side of the case) that tells you the product key of the Operating System (aka: Windows XP or Windows 7).

Your emachine is W 98 2nd or newer, Right?

Check the driver for your NIC (Network Interface Card). BTW, ME is not so good at connecting. If you have XP or newer, double check the NIC - look in the Device Manager

My laptop will connect with the internet though a home router. At a hotel or airport it will not connect with the internet service provided by these places. What is wrong

More information needed:
Does your laptop have a wireless adapter?
How do you connect at home? (wireles or ethernet cable?)
What brand of laptop do you have?
What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?

For your information, when away from your home network, you must change your wireless settings to point to the hotel or airport provider where you are trying to connect.

Usually hotels have some contact information and some basic support (some better than others) for their wireless connections.

Can't connect to internet.

I need more information on this please. Is this a wireless connection? Have you spoken to your Internet Service Provider and found what may be the problem? Do you have the right equipment to even be online?

Everex GPC

hi Shinetray first you will need an internet service provider or isp they are called, you will have to check what ones are available in your area.
Then you will need to sign up for a plan with this company, most isp companies will either supply you with or you can purchase a modem from them with all you need to connect to the net.
Even if you are out in the country area now-a-days there are options available.
Your isp provider will tell you how to connect to the net, i would suggest to go broadband or cable, dial up is out of date now, as most of the net is so slow using it, and this is only used as alternative you can't get a broadband connection when travelling or something similar.
if you require anymore information or this does not help with your asking plesse let me know.

Outgoing mail problem

Email problems are normally an issue with either you email program configuration (SMTP Server settings) or you firewall settings. Neither of which are something Dell is going to support other than a best effort try.

What company is providing the email account?
Is your internet service with the same company?
What program are you using to access your email? Vista Mail? Outlook? Outlook Express?
Can you send email via the webmail application for that email provider?
