Please insert the card on you PC and see if the card is reccognised or the files are opened. If not try with another PC so as to confirm that the memory card is corrupt.
Unless the card opens the memory cannot be formatted. Finally you can see if Kingston service/support can help for a replacement if this is a new piece.
There should be a switch on the side of the memory card, which says 'LOCK' on one end, and 'UNLOCK' on the other end. Switch it to UNLOCK. If this fails, contact first your network provider(Orange, Voadfone...). If they cannot help, you need to contact Nokia. If this fails, contact Kingston. This will help.

Copy your files off the card. Then Format the card and select FAT32 file system. After the format is done try the card again and see if you can copy more files to it.
