Sony vaio laptop TR2A not connecting to...

vaio laptop tr2a is not connecting to the wireless U.S.Robotics it shows a wireless inrange but cannot connect to it. when i click connect it says: there is no wireless inrange. but all the computers are connecting to it with out any problems.
