Hello Keith-ham,

The number of pictures that a digital photo frame can hold is dependent upon the amount of internal memory that the frame has and the file size of the pictures.

Many digital photo frames have 128 MB of internal memory. Assuming an average file size of 3-4 MB, such a frame could hold around 35-40 images.

Some frames also allow you to plug in an SD memory card from your camera, so the amount of storage space the the frame has can be greatly expanded.

Hi,
I generally depends upon the size of the picture that you are storing and the memory card that in the digital frame.
eg 128 MB photo frame ,would store close to 10 pictures at 8 megapixel resolution

Hello,

If when you connect the photo frame via USB to your computer and it does not recognize the photo frame then Installing drivers is your next best step so you are on the right track. If you could provide the brand name and model of your frame, I can help locate these drivers. You can do a Google search by the brand name + drivers to find them!

Usb photos not showing in the frame

if there is a cable to connect the frame to the comp put the carf in the frame and hook up the frame install picts through the frame. that is how most of them do it. it converts the pic to a different format easier for it to read. it wont just read drag and drop jpg files. it also formats the card to it own specs.

Photos from pc to sd

The easiest way to do this would be to buy a card reader for you PC. You can buy an external one that plugs into the USB port.

Another way is to used a computer with a SD reader and upload it into a flash drive. Once you have the flash drive, you can upload the pictures using your flash drive into the frame.

The easiest way is to purchase an SD memory card reader. You plug it into your usb port and it will show up on your computer as a removable hard drive. You can just drag your photos to the memory card. Prices range from about $10 and up.

I have a new coby DP562 Digital Photo Frame and I need the Driver for it.Do you know where I can get it. It is not on the Coby website. My computer does not seem to have the correct driver for the USB...

What operating system are you running? According to the information I found, your photo frame comes with a driver disk for windows 98se. If you have windows ME or later, your computer should recognize the photo phrame without installing the disk.
