Frig side not cooling (by 2 users)

There is a regulator on the upper left side of the fresh food compartment. It is where the cold air produced by the evaporator in the freezer is released into the refrigerator. They used to be manual, but are now mostly computer controlled. If you can, manually manipulate it a bit to see if it is just sticking (unplug the fridge first, though).
