Question about Pioneer NS-DV88 System

I just can see any DVD's of region 1 or another region ,then region 2

I got this Pioneer NS DV88, they says its multi region , this mean can read any region DVDs. but the problem its that it cant ready any region different than 2. always reject the dvd, says wrong region code...The problem its nobody know how to change the region on this DVD system...You think you can help me?

After searching public and private databases, I have not been able to find any region hacks for your make and model of dvd player. I am sorry for the unfortunate news.

How to configure 'Video 1' input to use Digital Optical connection


Connect the optical cable to the DIGITAL OPT(ical) IN connection.
Press the purple 'VIDEO' button on the remote until 'VIDEO 1' appears on the display.
Press the SYSTEM MENU button (to the right of the DVD play, pause, stop buttons).
'VIDEO1 INPUT' flashes on display.
Press ENTER
'INPUT ANALOG?' (the default) flashes on display.
Press right arrow (to right of ENTER)
'INPUT OPTICAL?' flashes on display.
Press ENTER
'INPUT OPTICAL' displays briefly, then
'VIDEO1 OPT' displays.
You are done. Selecting VIDEO 1 in future displays 'VIDEO1 OPT' instead of 'VIDEO 1'.

please describe further exactly how far you have got.

if it is only speakers : as follows:

line of 3 connectors are centre channel and left and right,

line of 2 connectors are left rear and right rear.

if howevr you are taking about connection on the back of the dvd player, there is one cable that goes to the back of the dvd palyer to the bass module, yake a phot of both send them to me and i will explain all.

You willneed to have this unit serviced I'm afraid. You have a laser assy problem, or one of three servo circuits are not working. That would be the focus, tracking or the spindle motor circuits. Good Luck
