That's the error indicating the lamp/ ballast fan has stopped working. You can get the Mitsubishi lamp / Ballast fan 299P321010 used in the V39 series DLP televisions. It comes with installation instructions and is available from www.tvrepairworld.com under the Mitsubishi DLP parts category.

Replaces the DLP Chip and the Volor Wheel on a Mitsubishi WD60735 and I get no power and a blinking "Lamp Light"...

Count the number of blinks...it is displaying the error code.
The number of blinks will repeat several times...count them.
Then contact Mitsubishi Tech support, they will tell you what the code means. For example, if the TV blinks 4, then 3 several times. The code is 43. Good Luck

I need to program my remote for my mitsubishi tv

To control a Mitsubishi TV with a One for All URC-3021, follow these steps:

1) Turn on your TV.

2) On the remote, press the TV key once.

3) Press and hold SET until the LED blinks twice, then release SET.

4) Enter the first four-digit code from the following list:

0093, 0150, 1250, 0178, 0836

The LED will blink twice.
If it does not blink twice, go back to step 2 and try the same code again.

5) Aim the remote at the TV and press POWER.
The device should turn off.
If it does not turn off, repeat steps 2 through 5 with the next code in the list.

Hope that helps.
