Gday when u power up the star dp8340 the alarm light comes on?

At first try to connect through USB

• Just connect your printer data cable into the USB port of the Computer
• On your printer
• Then Right Click on My Computer select Manage then Go to the Device Manager and Click on Update Hardware Option
• After updated you see a Icon as yellow Question Marks with The name of your Printer.
• Just Right Click on it and select Update Driver
• Do as per the given Direction.

After successfully install your driver you just restart your computer. Your printer now installed with your PC

If you are connect through wireless

• At first on your wireless device of your pc and on your wireless switch of your printer.
• Go to the search new device option from computer where icon of your wireless device will be show in the start bar.
• After completion of searching your printer will be detected and Right Click on that and update Driver.
