No Power

Try plugging in another device into that wall socket and see if works or not. If it does, it could indicate a problem withe the power supply unit your microwave, which will have to be serviced by a qualified technician.

If, however, the other device does not work as well, that could indicate that the wall socket is faulty. You will need an electrician.
