Ok no problem, All you need to do is get a paperclip and straighten it out. Now on the cd drive itself there will be a little pin hole just the size for a paperclip to fit into. Insert the paperclip into that hole and push and the cd drive will open. Hope that helps.

I have a emac powerpc G4 i cant find how to open cd player no eject button

If you hold down the mouse button, and then turn on the eMac, the drive will pop out, and you can put in a CD. Also, you can hold the F12 button to eject. Even if there isn't a dedicated Eject key on the keyboard, you can eject this way.

I dont know how to eject cd I have a dell studio xps i cant remember how to eject CD

there should be multimedia touch buttons above the keyboard... for play skip track pause, etc... one of these should be eject, however there have been some issues with this (possibly to be fixed by a software patch)

Alternatively you should be able to eject the disk by going to "MY computer" right click on the correct drive icon for your CD/DVD drive and select Eject from the popup menu

My dvd cant eject

You need to provide more information.

A CD-ROM/DVD drive only needs power to eject a disc. It does not care if the drivers are installed, for that function, it only needs power.

If this is a new drive it might be a bad one. If this is a drive you have used before, it might have gone bad.

If you have a Disc stuck in the drive, you can always use a paper clip to preform a manual eject. Just unbend a paper clip, and stick it in the pin size hole on the front of the drive. Keep pushing until the drive door opens.

If this is new drive, make sure it is connected correctly.

My LG CRN 8214B cannot work

can you boot off a windows install disk? if you cant use it to boot from it is possible the bios on the drive is corrupt and you might want to reflash the bios on the drive, like I said try to boot off a cd/ eject when computer first starts to boot, also is this removeable, might want to eject the whole drive and reinsert, also, ususally there is a pinhole on the outside where you can stick a small paperclip into to manually eject the drive.
