Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
My daughter dropped her ds, now it wont turn on, no green light at all.
orange light comes on when charging but that is all. please help she is driving me mad to fix it.
It sounds like it got dropped in water but if you didn't; You should try to take out the battery (unplug the DS first) usually I would suggest just waiting a few seconds and replacing the battery. However due to how the battery comes out, and depending on the height the battery fell from, you should make sure none of the brass pinns that contact the battery got smushed.
If the pins are smushed (if one or two of the pins don't protrude as far as the other) take a safety pin or a needle and try to gently bend them back out to a distance they will definatly make contact with the brass strips on the battery.
