SOURCE: Water freezing on the tray section under the freezer drawer.

sounds like you have a clogged defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials works awesome, after you clear it and all water drain down tube wrap a piece of solid copper wirearound the heater( black calrod heater right above the drain trough) and stick it in the whole maybe an inch or so. now everythime the heater comes on to defrost it will prevent the hole from freezing over

SOURCE: deli drawer

Dear Master Tech: The model number is GLRT13TEB3. The problem is every time you try to open the deli drawer it falls straight down.

It is as if the tracks to hold it are too far apart? Also the tracks are part of the glass shelf.

Any help with this annoying problem would be much appreciated.

Thank-you, Nanc T.

Thermador T36IT70NNP pooling water below deli tray

The drain is easily found by looking at the top of the compressor and the tube leads from the top of the motor into the back of the fridge.

What can we do to resolve a water issue under the deli drawer? Every few weeks we are seeing water leaking under the fridge on the floor, take out the deli drawer, it's full of water and sopping it u

Your deli fridge is designed to cool and dehumidify the air inside the box. If you are having water issues on the bottom, you'll need to pull the drawers out and anything on the bottom to see if there is a drain plugged. If you find a drain, pour hot water in the bottom of the flush and clean the drain out. Once the drain is clean, reassemble the unit and make it part of your weekly cleaning procedures. If there is no drain and the issue has just started out of nowhere, check the door seals going into the unit. If you have bad seals or mis-aligned doors, your unit will produce more water because it is leaking unconditioned air into the box and your box is dehumidifying air that it normally wouldn't and that will add more water to the bottom of the box

Frigidaire French door model 28 cubic ft - deli drawer freezes cold cuts and cheeses. Model FGHN2866PF1

Hello friend, thanks for your inquiry!

I understand that you have a Frigidaire refrigerator, FGHN2866PF1, and your deli drawer is freezing items. You may want to turn down the temperature within your deli drawer, when adjusting the temperature could take 24 hours for your refrigerator to stabilize. If that does not resolve your issue I would suggest removing the drawer and checking over to make sure there are no cracks where too much air may be coming in. If there is too much weight in the deli drawer that could cause the drawer to sag, which may release cold air into the deli drawer. I hope this information has been helpfu. -Matt

Is this the Samsung 4-door fridge/freezer with a round water-filter between the two drawers in the Refrigerator? a) Is your water-filter correctly installed in it's place? b) check where the water-drops are coming from: it could be the ice-maker - need to call Samsung service.

Ice under the deli drawer

it could be that u have a leak.. sometimes this happens when to much water is delivered to the ice tray and it overflows a little leaking into fridge. if that is happening then u most likely have a problem with the water inlet valve at the back of fridge, u can buy the part on line at appliancepros.com. good luck

STANDING WATER UNDER DELI TRAY

Try going further than defrost and draining the hose. There is gunk that builds up and you need to clean that out. Use a pipe cleaner(the fuzzy wires used mostly for art projects. They actually can clean pipes and water lines!!) Also, you can pick up a pack of pellets used for breaking down the "gunk" build up.
