I am trying to use a headset with my phone, and I wanted to know if there is an easier way then having to lift the handset everytime? Does the "answer" button on the phone work in conjuction with my headset? HELP PLEASE!

A button must be programmed as a "headset" key. When activated, it will lamp red, and put the conversation on the headset jack under the phone (next to the handset jack).
Or you can purchase a headset with an auto lifter for the handset. It picks up the handset enough to answer the call, but transfers the conversation to your headset.
