Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC

1 Answer

Deleted emails I might sound paranoid but I really feel like someone deleted my email. A few days ago I wrote responses on youtube to a video that was saying protesters in tibet are lying and that china is really the good guy. I very adamantly disaggred in a large number of posts. A few days later I recieved emails telling me of numerous responses to my posts, directing me to the same youtube discussion/video page. I clicked on one and it took me to the page, nothing strange happened. Then a day later I tried a different one only this time Internet Explorer initiated the 'phishing' process making it load incredibly slowly. Not knowing enough about phishing I turned it off but the page coninued to load VERY slowly. After waiting for a long time I decided to give up and close Internet Explorer. At this point it didn't close but instead created a new window which worried me. I tried to close this new window but it just opened another. Then it just kept opening new windows over and over in an endless loop, layering over eachother until there were 20 of them. I panicked and shut down internet explorer through the ctrl alt del option (task manager) and it shut down. I disconnected and switched off the computer. When I started it again it was fine but I thought i'd check everything was fine online too. When I checked my email EVERYTHING was gone including the you tube posts. I'd checked my email 5 minutes before and it was all intact and I'm sure iit was wiped by this 'dodgey' you tube link. My email still seems to recieve OK but I'm worried. Will my email be OK Is there anything strange on my computer Have you heard of anything like this before

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

If an old account was deactivated, does that mean it was deleted?

It depends on how long ago it was deactivated. Your question was posted a year ago. If you didn't get it reactivated by now, you probably never will.

For those of you who have a similar problem that is less than 30 days old, there is a chance that Yahoo will reactivate it. You will likely need the answer to a security question or other info about your email account that only you would know.

If you are concerned about the security of old messages, I feel confident that they have been deleted - especially if they are a year or more old.

If the email account has been deleted then there is no way that you can retrieve your information by using the PS3. The only way to get your information back is to call their technical support.

Here is there number 800-345-7669

Hopefully I shed some light on your issue

Iim looking for some email and i guess i deleted it 3 days ago. how can i retrieve the deleted mail

Unfortunately, if the emails were deleted by the user (you), there's no chance to retrieve those messages since those emails were also deleted from the yahoo service.

Soo, the other day I deleted my G-Mail account that was connected to my YouTube, but to assure that my YT account wasn't deleted, I disconnected it from my G-Mail, but it won't allow me to log-in on my YT...

Heres what to do.

Go back to gmail and make the same account you just deleted..

Then, make a second email account.

Now, before deleting your gmail account again. log into youtube and link it to a different email account.

Then you can delete the original gmail..

I cant not access my facebook acount how can i del my acount

Email Facebook directly.

The email is: privacy@facebook.com. Request that Facebook deletes your account.

Wait to get an email response from Facebook confirming that your account has been permanently deleted. This should take a few days.

If you don't hear back from Facebook within a week, email them again. This time, not only email Facebook at privacy@facebook.com, but also send an email to support@facebook.com and one to info@facebook.com.

Finally, attempt to log in to your account once you get an email from Facebook. If you're unable to log in and don't get a message asking you to reactivate your account, your Facebook account has been permanently deleted.

I deleted an email from my inbox and also deleted box. How do i retrieve this message

Unless your email runs through a corporate email server (like Microsoft Exchange), your email is gone. If you delete it from the Inbox, and then delete it from the Deleted Items folder, it's really gone. There's no "are you really REALLY sure you want to delete this email" folder. They assume that if you delete it twice, you really meant to do so. If your email runs through a corporate email server from a company, the email administrator MAY be able to get it back for you.

Emails dissappeared from inbox

I had this problem before but after a few hours the emails went back. The inbox says empty but when I click the inbox there are emails.

If the emails did not come back, wait for the response of Yahoo customer service they might solve your issue, or it might be a problem on their server.

In the meantime, change your yahoo password because someone might have also found your yahoo id and password then deleted the messages.

I hope you get a response from yahoo to get your emails back.
