Hbh-662 disconnecting from p990

I own a SE P990. I have the latest update on the phone but still the 662 is disconnecting for no reason. Sometimes the small headset icon is still showing on the phone screen (identifying the connection with the headset) but the 662 is not connected and I can't receive my calls. What can I do? Should I throw it to the sea? HELP please...
