I have durabrand rb22j1a wine cooler I need a power cord dor

    The wine cooler will not get cold. This was given to me as a gift for my anniversary. I have not had the item long. I do not have a receipt only the wine cooler and the problem of it not getting cold.



    What do I do? No receipt since it was give as a gift?

    Same brand and model, same problem. Durabrand RB-22J1A wine cooler does not cool.

Just purchased and is not cooling at all

please see this steps and fix it. God bless you

1. Unit not running

Possible Causes Response a. Power cord unplugged
b. No power at all
c. If display lighting, temp setting high
d. If temp setting ok, sensors or control board bad
e. Compressor unit malfunctioning a. Check for power cord plug
b. Check receptacle voltage & fuses
c. Lower temperature setting
d. Call service for replacing sensors or control board
e. Call service for component check

E4 message

Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and wait 30 minutes before pluging back in. This should clear all settings on the cooler.

No power, no cooling, no light

check your outlet with a lamp to see if you have outlet pwr,then chk pwr cord, normally not cord(chk the easy things first!!!!)

Wine cooler doesn't cool

you need to turn the temp. setting all the way up,use a rag to hold the fan,now see if the compressor. is running,let me know-mike

Durabrand wine cooler

I bought 2 of these wine coolers and both of them ****! You would be better off returning it if you can or putting it in the trash.Both of mine did not keep them cool. At first they worked for about a day and then they stopped. They refrigerate around 70 to 76 degrees and stay there.
