if you did not have any software installed it is not possible to trace your phone. One thing that you can do is to inform local police and your service provider (mobile operator) about phone lost and as additional you can submit your phone into global lost phones database.

As per information on get phone model from IMEI number it seems that you lost a phone with below details:

Model: M60, KKT25, KKT32, KKT26,M23 Manufacturer: LAVA INTERNATIONAL LTD
If this information is correct it will help you with providing more detailed information to police and operator and of course lost phones database.

For the future use, you can check the anti-theft software list. Some of the listed programs are free and some of them are commercial. You can choose and test, but keep in mind to install only software suitable for your platform (Symbian, iOS, Windows Mobile, Android etc...) and check if your model is supported on their webpage.

I'm assuming you mean that you can't make or receive calls? Do you know which setting you messed with? It's probably that you turned airplane mode on, which disables all connectivity of your phone.

Try turning it back on, it should be under a phone settings menu.

We can not track your cell phone from here. Call your service provider (Verizon, AT&T ect.) and tell them it was lost or stolen and you want them to lock it. They will ask for your IMEI # and will send a signal out locking it and preventing anyone from using it.

If you have your IMEI no give to your network provider or police station they will track your cell phone. If not contact your service provider they will verify your information & will track your phone
