I have Parrot bluetooth system in my car running with v5.10c firmware. However it does not pair with Nokia E75. Have anybody exprienced his and got a solution?

Your your phone to the Parrot, but this should be started automatically. If not check your phones manual on how to pair. The pairing code for the 3100 is '1234'. Enter that in when requested.

I would also suggest seeing if there's a firmware upgrade for your device. You can download the updater here. The updater will walk you through the process of downloading the firmware and flashing it to your device. The only requirement is that you need a computer (preferably a laptop) with bluetooth. These firmware updates will often fix syncing problems especially as new devices come out.

before jumping into updating or flashing the software of the unit we may try few steps to get it working.

try this one:

on the parrot go to settings
advanced settings
pair with phone....

(on your phone...search the parrot.)

set the pairing using the "1234" password.

if that doesn''t work
try to push the red the green and the wheel.(this method will reset the CK1300) whne pushing do not let go until the screen changes display, may take at least 3-5 seconds.

after this try the pairing once again.

Have you contacted the manufac of the Parrot? Just a little heads up. dont bother calling your cell phone povider..they will only troubleshoot there own devices...Ive got that run around about my bluetooth I ended up calling Motorola and problem was resolved

clear memory first by holding down red and green, this will allow new pairings, check parrot .com for compatablity, you may need new parrot software

you will have to pair them together again, search for devices from your phone and select parrot, then enter pin code 1234 when prompted, this should then pair again.

On Nokia switch on Bluetooth. Then switch on Parrot and set it to pairing mode(you didn't specified your model so can't go further). Then on Nokia press under Option Pair new device? and let it find Parrot. When connection made it will ask you for paasword(usually 0000 or 1111,but may be different-see manual). Both codes must be the same. Then save and enable automatic pairing. Done.

you may need to delete any existing paired devices from the settings menu to allow for new paired dvices

go to settings, pair devices and delete all the old pairings, then go to settings, pair with phone and start new pairing.
