I lost the software and can't connect it to my computer.

    mine didnt come with a cd to put the softwear on my pc and when I took it back they wuoldnt do anything

Below is the manual for your camera. If you connect your camera to your computer, it will automatically inntiialize. You can use the software allready on your computer to download the pictures.

The vivicam 5100 doesn't require additional software ones the camera is connected you can find - look - copy - delete your pictures by opening the camera drive from my computer, ones connected it should appear as a new disk there.
