Built into the wire harness from the machine control to the inverter board for the motor is a fuse..saddly the only way to replace the fuse is replace the wire harness
You must go to LG directly and download the manual/Specs for that machine. The manual has the wiring diagram with specifications and wire assignments for repair services.
The fuse is a round type soldered into the power supply curcuit board. This board is not the board that the power coard plugs into, but is located on top to the right with a screen metal covering. The power supply leads run to the top of the board . Two wires on a connector blue and brown. The round black fuse thing is right below the brown wire. Not sure were to get a replacement fuse, will have to unsolder it from the board.
its a circuit board problem.it has to be replaced.to resolve the problem.but the circuit board is very costly issue to repait.it will cost you near to new machine.
but still your choise.you can get the board replaced or .......!
thanks
You might also check for a loose wire in where the wiring harness goes to the oscillating motor. I had this problem and one of the wires had pulled out of one of the wire nuts inside a wiring compartment.
Might be the digital board, which on this unit you're in luck, easy to diagnose. The digital board has a group of led lights on it D302, D303, D304, D305, D306 if when you attempt to power up and of these begin flashing or changing colors it's likely digital board needs to be replaced...
If any of this sounds to foreign get a pro on this, you can mess this unit up in the blink of an eye...
