Question about Rimage 360i DVD-R/CD-R (53050131) Burner
When i try to duplicate DVD's that were created using the latest avid to sonic dvdit software, Quickdisc has problems reading and loading the image file it hits 18% and error 313 pops up, is this to do with codecs or old rimage software cos i'm scoobyless.
I fired the dvd through dvd shrink and it seems to work but i dont want to have to do this all the time as it takes up too much time.
Have you copyright protected the file as you have burnt it, have you burnt it as a dual layer, or DVD 9 DVD (some programmes will not read these)? Also have you finalised the disc? It should not be a codec as all DVDs are vobs and there is a back compatibility with all, other wise they'd never load in normal DVD players.

Tips for a great answer:
If you receive a "No Production Server Active" message when using QuickDisc, make sure that the Production Server status is set to Active, Processing orders in Rimage System Manager. Once the Production Server is set to this status, jobs can be processed.
1. Open Rimage System Manager.
2. Select Production Server. Production Server status information displays in the right panel, next to the Production Servericon.
3. If Production Server is paused or stopped, press the play button. Production Server starts.
