Hold down the power button and volume up button at the same time. When you see the LG logo let go of the power button. It should go into a menu where you can use the volume up and down buttons to factory reset your phone.
Look, enV2s **** ****. almost everyone at my school thats had one, the front buttons quit working... even mine and i only dropped it once. its just a bad phone when it comes to front buttons.
ok so i might sound really stupid because the lg neon's keypad is for dialing only but yesterday i was like pressing a bunch of buttons on accident and like letters came up on the touch screen and like i pressed the end button to see if it will go back to normal and now i cant get it to get lit to text on the keypad i cant even believe it did it and it was totally by a mistake has this ever happened to anyone?
i figured out how. on the volume buttons (on the side) you just keep pressing the down button even after it says vibrate., if you press it enough (consecutively) it will say silent all
hope that helped
I had the same problem and fixed it rather easily, the problem is that the componants are wet and need to be dried, if you send it away your warrenty will be flaud as it is wet and all they will do to fix it is pull it apart and put it in a drying machine so i advise you to wrap it in a towel and place it somewhere warm like a hot water cubboard or directly in the sun, it needs to completly dry. you could try wrapping it in a towel and use a hairdryer on a low setting to dry out the componants, remeber to stop and let it air evey now and then or you will get condensation on your screen, hope this helps
put a piece of folded tape inbetween the back cover and the battery. I did that and my phone hasn't shut off on me since then. Its doing it because LG apparently can't make back covers that keep the battery in place, so they slide around
my phone wont stay on and when it does come back on it shuts right back off. the LED light on the front keeps flashing red. ive taken the battery out and everything and nothing seems to work. help please!
a loose belt will not cause the engine to shut off. a loose belt will squeel. it almost sounds like the AC compressor might of locked up and it causing your neon to shut off. if your neon doesnt have ac or the ac is working properly then its something else.
