if your saying that the voltage drops to around 4 volts at the supply transformer at anytime , then id say the load (device connected) is too much for the transformer to supply this most likely is caused by an internal fault in the load (humidifier) also since its a water appliance id say a water leak might be a factor in that as well , taking a look under the cover of the humidifier 4 signs of a water leak (or past one) would be where id start
slide a piece of paper under the unit when the floor is dry, fill some water and peer underneath the unit, when you notice water drops this location will indicate your leek location, lay unit on its side and track down the leek
Hello and Welcome to FixYa! Actually the leaking water is from the evaporator coil unit.... Under normal conditions,Self-defrost refrigerators usually dispose the water generated during the defrost cycle through a tube or channel that directs the water a pan (Known as Drip pan), commonly below the refrigerator unit.... The channel or tube is clogged and the water is leaking to the refrigerator unit, so you need to clear that contamination....Once the blockage is removed, the generated water will move through that channel/tube directly to the drip pan and there will no water on the top shelf in the refrigerator compartment. Another cause may be the refrigerator may have doorframe heaters to evaporate any condensation on the cabinet frame. If your refrigerator is equipped with a switch inside that says "energy saver" or something like that, while running in that mode the door heaters are disabled. Turn the switch to the opposite setting and wait 24 hours. If the water disappears the problem is solved. Best of Luck, Please do Rate the solution, if you feel that this helps you, Concerned.
You need a service guy to look at it. It could be water leaking or a simple case that the flap isnt sealing and the ice melts and then freezes the flap open
Regretfully you have a leak. It is the only reason to have repeated pressure drops. Now it could be something like the relief valve or a leak in the wall or ceiling. Since it sounds like you have no water damage on walls or ceiling start by looking around the boiler when it is firing. Then look for someone in the referal area at fixya.com to repair the issue. This is specialized work and should be done by someone trained in the field.
