Ps3 network server is being overrun and your gateway is timing out, all you can do is wait, try log on using the ps3 portal on your ps3 just google ps3 and it will let you log in. check for updates on map packs etc this is the usual reason their server is over run

Try changing the ISP from your Network Options menu. Change it to something random. And then try your ISP or 127.0.0.1 Hope this helped.
