I have formatted the MicroSD and has successfully put music on it but I cannot figure out how to get the camera function to save on the MicroSD instead of the internal memory. Can you please tell me how to set it to save on the MicroSD?
this is easily done when you're in the camera mode. So first turn on your camera, and then touch the screen to bring up your options. On the bottom left, there is an icon of a cog wheel, denoting the settings, select that. After bringing up the settings, select the memory option, which will ask you where you want the default pictures to go. Select External Memory, and this means that all your photos will be saved on the external card.

First of all, please make sure your memory card is microSD card, then open the microSD slot access panel located on bottom right side as u mention. Position the microSD card perpendicular to the opening and gently slide it into place until it is fully inserted and locked. Once successfully insert, the microSD card icon will be display on phone screen.
[Extra Hardwares Needed]
1. MicroSD card
2. "Micro-B" USB data cable
[Procedure - either PC or Mac]
1. Disconnect USB cable (if you connected already)
2. In Xenon phone
Settings -> More -> Connection -> USB Connection
-> (select) Mass Storage
Note: If you don't do this, you will get an error message
"Unable to use liscense. TRy again after formatting memory card."
3. Insert MicroSD card into Xenon phone slot
4. Connect Xenon phone to PC (or Mac) using USB cable
5. If MicroSD is not accessible as a disk drive, then
(1) remove the MicroSD from Xenon
(2) format the MicroSD from PC
(3) retry step# 3 & 4
6. You can drag & drop your folders and/or files (.mp3 or .m4a only)
into the MicroSD card
7. Disconnect Xenon phone from PC then go to "AT&T Music" -> "Music Player"
Note: All features work except for "Playlists"
8. If you want "Playlists", you need to use Windows Media Player and sync.
iTunes doesn't work since it doesn't allow other devices than iPod.
This means that you cannot use Mac to create/sync the playlist.
Try formatting the card and then put the music back on once the card is formatted. also, see if the phone even recognizes a memory card being inserted. you should be able to press menu>Media tab>other>Memory card... if it doesnt recognize a memory card, the card mght be bad. Does your sisters card work in your phone? if not, it could possibly be a faulty device. if thats the case you can call AT&T warranty center at 1-800-801-1101 for a free replacement
try formatting it as fat16 or just fat depending on your windows version, not ntfs, from My Computer right click it then pick format and choose your options, if this says unable to format, be sure then SD adapter you are using to plug it into the pc is not in locked mode
