I went to www.sonystlye.com and clicked on Customer Care. Then under Technical Support I clicked on Drivers and Downloads. On the next screen I keyed in your model number, but it did not like it. So below I'm showing you what the screen said. Follow the instructions and then try again following the steps I just took. Good luck.
