Try cleaning the keypad(membrane might have been damaged) and if you are in warranty period try to replace that

try to replace the keypad membrane or just clean the terminal

There might be a problem in ur.....key pad. Did u tried to install the previous battery.......again.....

It is the problem of your ribbon flex that is connector..
If you have not a good hand you cant do it. Take it to a Motorola Repair Center.

if the MMC an the other keys not working' hardware prob.

may your L7 flex ribbon is defected, or you keypad board...

your MMC is connected to the keypadboard and the keypadboard is connected to the flex from the main board...
the best thing to do is bring to the cellphoneshop re-pair
nearby...:D

Seems like you phone is repaired or have been fell very badly that you key pad have been displaced inside look for some one who can repair it for you .
