It sounds like the DB connector still has a few pinouts set up incorrectly. Nokia has exact specs listed for pinouts on their website. I recommend matching that up perfectly. If that doesn't work then the console port could be bad, but that is rare.

Need manual

A DI like this is so simple one doesn't need a manual. If you get buzzing or hum, try opposite setting of the Grd Lift switch. This switch breaks the ground connection of the XLR output connector to the case/shield. The attenuation switch allows you to vary the output from this for devices that generate different levels. Set the attenuator to 0 for low level devices and to the middle setting for mid level and use the -40 Db for high output devices. The two 1/4 inch jacks are in parallel so you can for instance run an instrument into one and back out to your amp and the XLR then goes to mixer for the house PA. Passive guitars you would usually use the 0 Db setting and keyboards often the mid setting or the-40 Db. One caution as I use these boxes... it is easy to leave the slide switches "between" settings and you will get no output.

I recently bought an hdmi cable and it just the one that plugs into the hdmi slot on the ps3 and tv but the first time I used it, it came up and said an hdmi output has been discovered do you want to use...

Go to settings then go to display> video settings then enter on the video output settings then select HDMI connector then select the automatic method then save your settings then see if it resolves your problem.

I dont know where to find the password can you help me ?

By default, the CLI does not require passwords. However, if someone has configured a password for the device but the password has been lost, you can regain super-user access to the device using the following procedure.
1) Start a CLI session over the serial interface to the Brocade device.
2) Reboot the device.
3) While the system is booting, before the initial system prompt appears, enter b to enter the boot monitor mode.
4) Enter no password at the prompt.
5)Enter boot system flash primary at the prompt. This command causes the device to bypass the system password check.
6) After the console prompt reappears, assign a new password.

Messed up Bootmgr on a Nokia IP350

Have you tried the steops below

1. Get the IPSO image you want to install.
2. Copy it to an internal host capable of FTP.
3. Connect to the console on the IP130 and start it up, when you
get past the bootmanager part where it shows the prompt
BOOTMGR[1]>install then ftp or help a few other commands

4. The interactive prompts should help you figure out what to do (like assign it an IP and ftp to the server).
5. Let it install the image and reboot.

Need to reset my Nokia IP350 password without flush my firewall licences

If you know the old password, simply go to settings and change password there. Or else, Try typing #pwd# and then "send. It will reset your password to the the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can reset your password back to what ever one you can remember.
