Question about Canon imageCLASS D661 Digital Printer
When I place document on glass and copy it, a streak of black ink about and inch and a half wide ends up on the right side of each document. It sounds as if there is a little piece of paper caught inside because there is a crinkling sound as the page is printed. I do not know how to open the machine to check. Sound seems to be coming from inside on the end that the new printed document comes out of. (left end, facing machine) Do you you what this is?
You should try changing the toner cartridges first. There may be something stuck in it causing the noise and streaking
