Zire 72 Dear Sirs, I have used my Zire 72 for several years and have had problems at different times. This morning I synced it as normal and it said everything was OK. However, when I try to look at my calendar it says Fatal Alert MemoryMgr.c.Line 3639 Non-word-aligned handle Any suggestions? Thank you so much. M. Miller

Thoroughly flush (delete) documents to go using the tool below and then reinstall.
Worked for me two times over the past two years when my E2 has gotten sick.

Maybe some other program has modified the Notepad program. Back up all your files and do a hard reset. Still not work, call palm...

Hold power button while pressing reset button release release the power button when you see YES/NO confirmation to erase all data. Once you choose Yes, It will set everything to factory default. Personal data will be erased.

No sim card in the Zire 72. On-board memory on the motherboard only to store records not directed to or on expansion memory card.
Zire 72 battery changeout not designed to be user serviceable. Undertake at your peril (unless you are very steady handed, patient, and very very careful). The 72 is probably the most difficult of the Palms to change batteries. Go to: http://forum.brighthand.com
