Nordic Track x9i screen stuck in boot

Disconnect wifi and boot machine. This works well for a non-internet workout. I had a similar problem--endless looping of the boot up routine--which ultimately fixed itself when I tried updating. I believe they came out with a new update which must have fixed some bug in the system.

When I connected to internet It shows that It's downloading & updating endless.how can I fix this?

You obviously needed updates from Microsoft site for your operating system . You also have Automatic update s set in your computer to do this automaticly
You can stop this, with setting change on ICON lower right hand side auto update is probably a multicolore shield ICON OR open browser to your IE home page open top menu item TOOLS then look to UPDATES in there you can shut off auto updates or finish the updates started ... There can be 40 to 60 updates loading that you probably NEED but if it bothers you , Shut them off ... Incidently the number one cause of Pc lapto failure is out of date updates ...

One minute it will work perfect, next minute it will give endless trouble

I have a hp pavilion dv9000t that works fine. It needed 38 vista updates right out of the box.Since then another 10 - 15 updates were added. Be sure to enable automatic updates , you can also navigate to MS update site.

Dell Vostro 1500 won't boot after downloading updates

What programs are installed on the machine? there may be a file that's conflicting with one of the updates. You may leave automatic updates turned off. Looking for the culprit will require and will be easier if a tech will check the computer onsite or thru remote access.

Boot/Startup repair problem

Microsoft updates do it again!!!
while the PC is booting up his F8 repeatedly, if it lets you into the sub menu boot into safe mode and perform a system restore, take the computer back to before you did the updates, if this works and your computer is restored, turn the automatic updates off

Vista Service Pack install/configuration and Re-boot error loops!

OK, Microsoft has your answer; but I wonder if perhaps you downloaded an older version of Service Pack 1.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/949358

That outlines your next steps. I suspect you'll resort to Step 2, which may require you to move on to Step 3. To get into safe mode:
Keep hitting F8 as you restart your computer. You should eventually get to a menu that lets you boot into "Safe Mode with Network Support." Do it.

This may also help walk you through some of your problems:
