My Motorola RAZR V3 has

My Motorola RAZR V3 has gone crazy since yesterday. When i switch it the new voice record message appears on and I have tried switching back to the main menu page but it goes straight back. When i close the flip lid it diverts to photos and starts taking them without me doing anything. I have tried taking out the battery and sim card to reset it but the problem just keeps coming back
