N72 fell down keyboard not working - Nokia N72 Cellular Phone

Water damaged the motherboard of your N72 that's why it is not working.
Instead of taking it to mechanic take it to Nokia care center.
They will surely sort this out.

Turn off the cell phone and remove the battery. When you have dried the cell phone by putting in a warm sunny place for several days then reassemble the phone. If it still does not work properly then it is faulty and you need a new cell phone.

i think you should format it once by updating the software from an authorised nokia dealer cause taking the help of an unauthorised person can harm your mobile and it may go dead.

Did your phone drop on the flow? Is it just showing white and still works ?or Display white screen and not working?

For a phone to display a white, does questions need to be answered..

If it fell on the flow it's usually a screen fault and it needs to be replaced.

If it didn't fall down, but displays white screen and nothing function,it a software faulty needs a memory restoring..

If just showing white screen and you still can make calls with it, then it's screen fault needs to replace..

u have to change the keyboard !!!!!the circuit connections would have been distorted

Several reasons: 1. because of spilled liquid on this keyboard area, 2. because of heavy and/or hard thing fell on this keyboard area
3. because the laptop fell from the high height on the left side.
4. because you bought it already damaged
5. hardly probably software malfunction
For the first case you might need to disassemble the keyboard and clean all the metallic surfaces of these buttons. It's not so easy to disassemble it in right way. Second-third case - you'll need to purchase a new keyboard for it and replace with the damaged. Fourth case - claim your seller to change your laptop with the new one or get your money back. try to open it and check for loose connection from your lcd to your cellphone board.

Hi , Before go to nokia care for motherboard do 1 think open the different parts of ur mobile carefully and place that parts in Sunlight then afte r sometime fix the all parts then try to switch it on mobile will work
