Question about Computers & Internet
From absolute calm to flipping manic in a few weeks. Everything was fine then just one day, my tsstcorp cd/dvd combo drive stopped burning dvd.
Drastic but true, I have reformatted and clean installed xp SP2 to attempt to bring my cd/DVD burner back to life., No other software conflicts are now possible!
DVD burning, ( I use ImgBurn) used to be absolutely perfect every time,
It gets 100 % then says, "write error incompatible media"......which I truly believe is an error or wrong message. I have tried every kind of media and burn speed I know of, and I I have searched for drivers and firmware from Toshiba, Samsung and Hewlett Packard (and of course the net) but, I am stumped.
PLEASE HELP ME Keeter
I had problems with tsstcorp in my drive. The software you are using won't work. You need to try sonic or roxio. I had the same problem. Do you have a dell? if so download the updates from the support website. Try a different software because a reinstall of xp should get rid of bugs in system. It sounds like a software issue though.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
