My phone will not go pass the motorola symbol when being turned on and the only way to turn it off or to get rid of that screen is to remove the battery. I have taken out the battery for a matter of mins and it is fully charged.

Start your phone in flash mode,you do this by holding down the # and the * key while powering up your phone,,you will see a black screen with a bootloader message,,plug the phone into your pc and open motorola phone tools then do the phone updates..that should help...
