Whirlpool ADP951 modulogic - not working

Hi there,
Have just moved into new house which has a whirlpool ADP951 modulogic. Can't get it to run. Seems to be connected correctly (water and power) but there is a red light/signal that is lit up. It's located on the front left hand side of the dishwasher and looks like a snow flake in design. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

try holding down the on button for three seconds and sometimes it will complete the cycle. ours doesn't start the whole time. check your water regulator valve under your sink, as it may be leaking which may cause the problem, in the process of replacing mine, but can't find the psi value

It's the rinse aid led. Check the salt too
