Re: pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzze help me please
Sorry for the delay. Naxa is not a brand I am familiar with, and they do not keep user's manuals on their website. As a last ditch effort, you could try dragging music files from your My Music or other folder, and then drag those files to a 2nd window for your device (which normally should be listed under My Computer).
If your computer is not recognizing the player, the near-universal shortcut is to disconnect the player from the computer, turn the player off, and then hold in the volume + button. Reconnect the player to the computer while holding in the volume+ button.
If these methods fail, here is their number: customer service representative. Naxa Electronics, Inc warranty department can be reached M-F 10am-5pm PST at 866-411-6292.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format:- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files
Hello. Please follow these steps to put music on your Mp3 Player.
Start off by putting a battery in you Naxa mp3 player. This is necessary in order to add music to a Naxa mp3 player. Naxa mp3 Players require one AAA battery and this battery goes into the back of the device.
Plug your Naxa mp3 player into your computer. To do this, take the cap
off of the bottom of the player. You will then be able to plug the Naxa
mp3 player directly into a USB port on your computer.
Open Windows Media Player and then click the "Sync" tab found at the very top of the program.
Once you do, you will notice that the Naxa mp3 player is listed in the
top right corner of Windows Media Player.
Double-click the "Library" link on the left side of Windows Media
Player. Once you do, several different options will appear underneath
Click the "Songs" option found below "Library." Once you do, a list of
all of the songs in your Windows Media library will appear in the
middle of the program.
Browse through all of the songs in your library and right click over
any song you want to add to your Naxa mp3 player. After you right click
on a song, you will need to select "Add to Sync List." You will then
see the song listed in the column on the far right side of Windows
Media Player. Continue doing this until you are finished putting music
on the Naxa mp3 player.
Click the "Start Sync" button located underneath the list of music you
selected in Step 7. The music will then be added to the Naxa mp3 player
I tried to download music through windows media player and it shows the music as being down loaded but the equipment keeps going to recordings when I go to "music mode" and NOTHING comes through the ear buds! Please help
Naxa's website is useless as far as getting product specs. Most likely, the songs you are trying to add are DRM-encrypted WMA files, and they do not have "transfer rights" on them. The solution is to convert them to Mp3 format using a WMA to Mp3 Converter, or to get the Premium (as in, "more expensive") verison of your online music service subscription - the upgrade that includes transfer rights.
Let me know if it is giving you a more specific error message.
If you are using Apple Mac or MS Windows, then download and use Windows Media Player 11. Would be the simplist option. Otherwise find where itunes has ripped ur CDs to and copy/paste the folders to your MP3 player. [removeable disk #]
