Yes, this is very difficult even for a Xerox Service Rep to service the entire fuser assembly.

If you can buy the entire fuser assembly do that instead. You will get new fuser sensors and components with it. this might be very expensive, but if you know what you are doing, the fuser can be replaced.

We are not talking about other problems you might have with the copier, just the fuser assembly.

If Xerox has a call charge that includes the cost of the part(s) and labor, by all means, "TAKE THE CALL CHARGE!!!!"

It is much cheaper to pay that then the detailed service list not including the per 15 minutes of labor.

Print is fully black

often when the exposure lamp burns out, all your copies will come out black. The light reflects off the immage to the drum to create the copy to be printed to the paper. If the light is out, all the drum will see is a black image to be printed. Make a copy with the cover open, and see if the light turns on.

Printer producing dirty copies

it could be that the roller needs cleaning, how you do that, I don't know, but that's my guess. try printing blank white pages and see if they come out dirty

My Xerox 4150 keeps taking lots of blank pages through when printing multiple page documents sometimes 30 or 40 at a time

Two possible solutions to your problem.
If you are talking about grabbing more sheets than one from the tray, you need to make sure the tray guides are up flush against the paper.
If on the other hand you are talking about scanned/copied jobs, check the setting for your scanner, it may be set to letter size which is longer than A4, so the machine thinks it needs another sheet to complete the job causing a blank page to be sent.
Hope this helps

If you moved the printer, make sure the conections from the printer to the Fiery are secure. If loose the prints will be black but when copying will be fine.

GRINDING NOISE or PAPER JAM

If you are not a technical person best thing to do is to show it to an expert. grinding noise means some part in the machine is running with the friction. and might brake something or scratch something. Find out persons who work on photocopiers in your area either samsung or Xerox. as this model comes with both the companies and Xerox people are generly better than samsung people.
