Question about Apple Dazzle Hollywood DV-Bridge (T4910LL/A) Video Capture
My Hollywood Dazzle is about 5 years old with many transfers - now everytime I access it iMovie shows (PAL) is being received-could the power supply be gone or going? Would it cause this problem?
One way I got past that (it sounds strange but worked for me). try playing the video from your device while iMovie is closed. Then open iMovie while the video is playing through the Dazzle and then try. iMovie seems to recognize whether its PAL or NTSC as it loads up. hope this helps

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
