The screen on my Samsung GT-S3100 mobile phone is white and frozen, so I cant see to make calls - what can I do
This is a program or software issue or some components could have gone bad. But you need to try to do basic steps first. Try to power cycle the phone. Remove the battery while the phone is turned ON. Leave the battery out for 5 minutes, then put it back in and turn ON the phone.
If same problem occur, send the phone to your wireless provider or to the manufacturer and have them fix it for you.
