Hi, Norton remove virus including .exe files. So pls don't use Norton its a request. Otherwise you have to reinstall the OS every time. Better you try Symantec Antivirus, it belongs to Norton family & also its a good one...

1. Download the Norton360 fron the link : www.norton.com/n360s_4
2. Double click the setup file.
3. Here you are asked to provide the Product Key. This is generally on the CD cover. Put it in the space provided and click on Agree and Install.

First of all make sure that the Norton360 is totally uninstalled from your PC following which run a software like TuneUp Utilities and clean your PC totally, then start and try to install your licenced copy.
