Question about Sony Ericsson K550i Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Camera problem The camera does not save the photos I take. I tried every possible mode, to absolutely no result. Same thing happens when recording videos. The camera just turns off by itself. I tried Master Reseting the phone, and the problem is still there. The camera is set to save the photos on the phone's memory and it has no memory card.

The screen on my Canon 7D will not display anything when in manual mode. The camera works perfectly when it is set to Auto, but when I take it off auto the screen gets dead. There is no viewing the photos,...

This is what I want to say. On a Canon camera, always press the display button several times, to cycle through all possible screen options. Including the display nothing.
Try this in the recording and in the view mode just to get used to what it does.

Why Fuji Finepix XP20 won't take photos?

Check the settings of the camera. Put the recording mode for stills (photos) to auto, so the setting can't stop the camera from taking a picture. If you are in one of the manual modes, and the system calculates it won't be possible to make a picture (to dark, to light, or out of focus and so on) it won't react when you press the shutter release button.
Please use the manual, so you will be able to solve this every time it happens to you. The manual is still online.

Picture display freezes and can't none of features work

1. Camera won't record photos. Make sure you've selected a photography mode with your camera, rather than a playback mode or a video mode. If your camera's battery power is low, the camera might not be able to record photos.
Additionally, if your camera's internal memory area or your Memory card is full, the camera won't record any more photos.
With some cameras, the internal software only allows a certain number of photos to be recorded on a single memory card because of how the software numbers each photo. Once the camera hits its limit, it won't save any more photos. (This problem is more likely to occur when an older camera is paired with a new, large memory card.)
The battery is the root of most common digital camera issues. Though battery life has been extended as battery and digital camera technologies evolve, no battery lasts forever. When your batteries begin to run out, sometimes your camera responds in wacky ways that may not seem connected. The flash may not come on, the autofocus won't engage as quickly as it did before or the LCD screen will power off intermittently. All of your camera's responsiveness is linked to its battery strength. Change batteries and try to recreate a problem; odds are you won't be able to. It's a good idea to carry a backup battery for cameras that use lithium-ion cells or a pack of spares for cameras that use AA. Watch your battery icon for a general idea of

My cannon powershot sd1000 camera got wet and I cannot take photos

Well it's possible that water got in the inner workings of the camera and the camera got ruined. What probably happened is the water got on the sensor that records the video but not on the microphone that records the sound. That's probably why it will not record video but will record sound. Same thing with trying to take still photos the water got on the sensor and ruined it. Now as for a solution for the problem, some people would say to send it in to canon for repairs. But the thing about that is by the time you pay for shipping and repair work you might as well buy a new camera from eBay, Amazon or Canon Direct. One Camera I would really recommend for you is the Canon SX130. Its a great camera that takes awesome pictures for the price. I am always here if you want to ask any more questions and FixYa has a lot of very knowledgeable people on its site. Thanks very much I sincerely hope we can help you solve you problem Nathan

I have a SD100 camera and I have 86 pictures in my camera and when I hook it up to the computer it only shows 3 pictures. When I go to computer and click it shows me all 86 pictures but it will not let me...

Believe that may have not formatted the card in your camera when you first got it. A non-formatted card may work well at first, but often can eventually result in symptoms like your experiencing.

The first thing you need to do is to save your photos to your computer from the card. You'll need an SD card reader to do this. If you don't have one already, get one, they're cheap:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_st?keywords=card+reader&rs=172282&page=1&rh=n%3A172282%2Ck%3Acard+reader&sort=price

After you've saved your pictures, you'll need to format your card IN YOUR CAMERA. Reinsert the card in the camera. Put the camera in picture review mode. Press the Menu button. Select the tools menu, and scroll down to the selection showing the card's memory capacity. Select it, and select OK for format. NOTE this will totally erase the card, so again save your photos first before doing this.

Extracting photos from a video recorded with sony dv hc22e camcorder

Yes, various softwares like the ones that usually come with the camera, or others like Pinnacle (cheap and functional) can let you see the video frame by frame and capture or save a frame separately as a photo - try right clicking on the frame you want. Of course programs like Adobe Premier are excellent for this too but very pricey. Unfortunately, if the snaps are part of the video, they will be low res and email quality only under normal circumstances. It may be printable up to 4x6 maximum usually (but a bit choppy). For the best results, switch the camera to photo mode and shoot to the memory card for the cameras best quality results. Or use a still camera. You can always do both or use the software to add photos to your video edits. Hope this helps...
