i have created sys restore backup
i have installed it back
no error was shown in the whole process but
not even computer restartd
i did it my self
but after booting system no loaded after bios (post) noresponse just blank screen

On help and support menu, type restore system. You will get an option to what date your OS will restored. Make sure you decide the correct date ( when the OS is still working fine). Key in the date ( or choose the preset date) the enter. Wait for process done completely. Your OS should be restored now.

You require either a rescue disk, made by that machine or a new Vista OS disc. Running XP will not work as there are no specific drivers for the mother board because XP doesn't support a machine that is so new comparatively speaking.

create restore point, reinstall applications & drivers, and reset Acer Aspire 4315 to factory setting.
Before starting your Acer Aspire 4315 laptop, ensure that there is no
external storage device attached to it. Now start your laptop.
Step 2: Press 'Alt + F10' when the laptop starts booting, and wait for a moment while Windows loads the reset files.
Step 3:When 'Acer eRecovery Management' window appears, select 'Restore System from factory default' and click 'Next' to continue.
Step 4: Again click 'Next' to
reset your Acer laptop. This process will erase all data from your hard

ok one thing for u , actually there is a hidden partition on factory hard disk that holds OS files from Acer ok so u can access this partition to restore ur OS like this pls try if it works it works for Acer notebooks sure it will work for desktop as well pls try it and tell if it resotores the OS to factory default status and if recovery is not installed after new fresh Restore then it never came with ur desktop and they are just telling u wrong thing which u can complain for
Acer: When you turn on the Computer and see the Acer logo screen, hold the ALT key and press the F10 key (you need to do this before the Acer logo disappears).
This is the only way to restore the system by switching on the laptop and before it show Acer on the press ALT + F10 in this order ALT + F10, ALT + F10 this will take you to the restore mode and from there you click on restore to factory defualt BUT if you formated the Data (d:\) drive then you have to buy vista and download the drivers from the internet
This is the only way I know to restore the OS 100% original
