Have replaced my print catridge and it keeps telling me it is the wrong one it is 32 I am replacing with the same number it says I should have plus getting error message 1203

remove the catridges and then unhook the print head. wipe with soft cloth. otherwise you need to replace print head

hi...while you give the printing command go to option and select black and white option. u can get black and white.
If u get yellow tone image means that the catridge of black might hav finshed please check the catridge and replace it.

please check the position of the catridges installed. it should be in a correct position. or you might have replaced the catridges in a wrong slot. if it does not work out then either connect your printer to different computer for printing or uninstall the software from your computer, then again reinstall the software.

Keep getting message to replace cartridge after doing so


remove the catridge, and wipe clean the printer with clen damp cloth and also catridge head a bit and replace be careful not to touch the sensor with your hand and wipe it clean with the cloth. good luck

try to restrt you printer and your computer..or clean the tab circuit of the carrier or the cartridge holder...

Erm... the cartridge is wrong. There is not much more one can do to communicate the fact the cartridge is the problem.

Throw out the compatible one you bought - or if you want a refund, return it the store as faulty - and get a replacement. I suggest a genuine one since you had the problem with a faulty compatible (up to 30% of compatibles can be faulty)

I bet you a Fixya rating that once you replace the cartridge for a correct genuine item, your message will go away and your printer will once again be happy.

It's because you touched the connection side of the cartidge. Clean it with some contact cleaner(or surgical sprit)and let it dry.If possible clean the printer side of catridge contact.After both are dried well, put the catridge back.it must work.
