Question about Panasonic KX-TG5632 Phone
Can't get or make calls
Try the telephone cord from your cordless to another known working phone. I have had these cords go defective.
If the phone is really defective, it is possible that the input circuits that connect to the tele line are damaged. Common causes are voltage surges in the line or surges from lightning. Normaly these phone has protection, but this is not always absolute or fully dependable.
There are many other things that can fail in a phone to cause no sound.
If the phone is defective and it is under warranty, it would pay to have it fixed. If it is not under warranty, it would probably pay to buy a new one.
