I will suggest you go to www.exegames.net . to the right side of the screen you will see a search box below it's written blog followers,find us on Facebook and exe games click on exe games and in the search box type "GTA THEFT AUTO IV" and press the enter key. then after the search you see the game, scroll down and where you see "download here" click on it. after that, scroll down and read the installation notes first VERY IMPORTANT!!! download, install and enjoy!!!!

Simply go here, and fill out your e-mail address, GTA IV for the game, PC for the platform, and CD Key/Activation Code for the Issue type. Then in the description box tell them about your problem and they will do their best to get it up for you. They might ask for proof of purchase such as the casing or the DVDs.

it sounds like your gpu is overheating and or a direct x problem download speedfan if you dont have it and look at your cpu temps also try downloading the latest graphics card drivers
