Question about Computers & Internet
First of all, post correctly, that is no information.
Are you broadband or dialup? What is the make of your modem / router if your on broadband? Who is your Internet Service Provider? What if anything have you checked?
I will be happy to assist you with further info, in the meantime please do as below and post your results.
Go to start and click 'run'. Type, 'cmd' (Just the letters, not the ' ' signs) A DOS box will appear, type, 'ipconfig'.
You should have an ip address, subnet mask and default gateway with 4 sets of numbers, i.e 192.168.0.1
If you do not then download and run this program to reset the connection: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Network-Tweak/WinSockFix.shtml
